NAPA SANGUE
A tactile manifesto in thick napa. Proof that tailoring can also fight (and play) with the absurd.

I saw the raw napa in the warehouse and thought: this would never make a classic coat. Perfect — let’s do it. A waterproof amulet against grey days, a thing you hear coming before you see it. The material doesn’t give in — you’re the one who has to tame it; the machine needle nearly snapped trying to pierce it. It’s not meant to be cuddly, it’s meant to have attitude: industrial napa treated like altar silk.
The anomaly sits on top; underneath, the tailoring never fails — reinforced seams, rethought angles, measured ease. The AI played guinea pig for the nonsense I wasn’t going to sew by hand; the three or four ideas worth keeping survived, and from those the coat was born.
