Privacy

Your data is your trail, and here it is treated like raw material: with rigour and without waste. This site only collects what you yourself type into the forms — your email and, if you leave them, your name and the intention you bring. Nothing is collected behind your back.

That data is kept in a protected database, accessible only to the author, and serves a single purpose: to answer you, and to let you know when a new piece or an open process lands, if you asked for that. It is not sold, traded, cross-referenced or used for profiling. There is no data business here — there is an atelier.

You can, at any time, ask to see, correct or erase what is held about you: write to contact@avelar.com and it is done. No ten-page forms, no elastic deadlines — you asked, it is erased.

Terms & intellectual property

AVELAR is a personal creative research laboratory. Everything that lives here — the pieces, the drawings, the photographs, the texts, the patterns and the method itself — is the work and intellectual property of André Avelar. Artificial intelligence is used as a working tool, under human direction; authorship does not change hands.

This site is not a shop. It sells nothing, promises no deliveries, hides no prices. The Archive documents a process — access is free, and it is a reading privilege, not a transaction.

This site is static HTML and CSS: no analytics, no trackers, no third-party pixels, and nothing is installed in your browser. The only information that leaves your side is what you type into a form and choose to send.
